Rev. Dean Kavouras is a 1978 graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He has served as a parish pastor, as well as Safety Forces chaplain for the City of Cleveland Safety Service (1995 - present), and for the FBI - Cleveland Division (1997 - 2014). He was called to Christ Lutheran Church in 1999 as Assistant Pastor, and became Pastor in 2008. Pastor Kavouras is an avid student of liturgical and early church history. He married his wife, Barb, in 1973. The couple has three children and ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Rev. Lloyd Gross, Pastor Emeritus, is originally from New Orleans and earned his BA from Valparaiso University in 1964. He married his wife Christine (now deceased), a native New Yorker in 1966. She was a dietician and continued her education with the Lay Ministry program at Concordia Mequon. He graduated from the St Louis Seminary with a BD in 1968 and also completed work for his STM. Pastor Gross has served parishes in Flat River and Bonne Terre MO and Van Wert Ohio.He was called to Christ Lutheran Cleveland in 1979 and served as pastor there until retirement in August of 2008. Pastor Gross has two children and two grandchildren.

Rev. Fyler is originally from East Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated from Valparaiso University 1966 (B.A.) and Concordia Seminary, St. Louis 1970 (B.D.), 1971 (M.Div.), 1972 (S.T.M Pastoral Counseling). He married Louise Hakes in 1969. They have four children, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Pastor Fyler held pastorates in Georgia, Ohio, New York and West Virginia. His secular work experience includes positions in Administration and Human Resources.

Deacon George Hastings came to the Holy Christian Religion as an adult, but embraced the faith zealously and has shown himself a dedicated student of all things ecclesiastical. Following catechization and his baptism in 2019 he humbly accepted the offer to serve as a Deacon at Christ Lutheran Church. In his secular life Deacon George is an accomplished tool and die maker, a vocation he has worked at since age 14. Deacon was consecrated on May 23, 2021.

Deacon Steven has been a member of Christ Lutheran since childhood. He has made his living for many years as an automovite mechanic. Deacon developed a deep interest in all matters theological and is an avid student of Scripture and church practice. He attends every study opportunity the church provides; and works tirelessly for the good of the church doing whatever needs to be done. Glory be to Jesus Christ.
