The kings of the earth have destroyed the earth!

They have ravished the poor and led the rich to destruction!

(Psalm 2) For "The Christ the Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing." (Ps. 33). For "kingship belongs to the Lord, and he rules over the nations." (Psalm 22)
